The location and price were primary reasons for my selection of this hotel as I was just staying for one night while traveling home. I was disappointed with the beds as they were lumpy and the bed springs were squeaky, which was a bit off-putting. I thought the breakfast was not great but I was not expecting much more. I would say, for the reason the hotel was selected, it was OK for the purpose. If I were staying in the Binghamton area for more than this one overnight stay, I likelyt would chose a different hotel as it was just OK, not great.

Very clean. Friendly and fast check in. Microwave and fridge available in room. Ice close to room. Excellent breakfast with friendly, helpful hostess. Rate her as a 10! Quick check out.

Beds were extremely comfortable!!!! Friendly staff, great location, good value pool, small basketball court, breakfast was included which Is always a nice perk Also I had a very late checkin and likes how well lit the parking lot was

Just needed an overnight spot near the interstate as we were returning from the north. This hotel filled the bill. Breakfast was just okay, coffee was bad, but there was a Starbucks nearby.

One problem that I forgot to mention when I checked out was our shower was very slippery in the tub. Twice I slipped while taking a shower. It could have been worse if I was older or not as stable on my feet.
